I also am seeing ECM from dead targets, you have to warp out of the area and back in to stop it. Very annoying.

Is there a way to restrict a multi jump buy order so it doesn't bleed over into low-sec? I know you can configure the setting of the market so it doesn't display low-sec but does that affect buy orders also?

Yes for some reason it doesn't work for the bookmarks or locations. It does work though Assets and Market. It would be nice to nip this particular paper cut early rather then let it linger for a few years.
